1. Order Information
We accept internet orders anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will respond to any inquires regarding orders by the next business day at the latest. Please be aware when contacting our office that we are not only closed on weekends but all Japanese national holidays. Please follow this link to check the dates for yourself.
2. Order Confirmation
You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail within 10 min of ordering.
Please use this to check your orders and address.
If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail after one hour it’s possible we have the wrong address. In this case please contact us by e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.
(It might take few days for you to get our reply by email, because of the Japanese national holiday and time difference.)

3. Stock Information
The website may indicate that a product is out of stock but it may be possible for us to ship it from another store. In this case it may be advisable to contact us by e-mail to confirm if out of order stock can be shipped or not.
4. Delivery Information
We will ship all orders the next business day using EMS private delivery service. If your order date falls on a weekend or Japanese national holiday we will ship your order the next business day after the holiday. It normally takes 3-7 business days for shipments to arrive, however this may vary depending on place.

5. Shipping & Invoice Information
Our company does not issue payment receipts. If you require a receipt please use a PayPal account.
6. Refund Information
We will not accept product exchanges after they have been purchased. If there is a problem with the goods, please send us an e-mail.
